Registered in Hong Kong, Wah Seong China Limited (WSCL) is the subsidiary company of Wah Seong Corporation Berhad, in Malaysia (Listed on the main board of Kuala Lumpur stock exchange center). In year 2003, Wah Seong China Limited (WSCL) set up its operation office in Shanghai, China, the most business dynamic area in the world. WSCL has four business sectors:

- Oil & gas services:
This division mainly provides services to China’s major oil companies, such as China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC), Petro China (CNPC) and SINOPEC.
Ashburn International Inc. was established in Houston, Texas, USA in 1990. The function of Ashburn International, Inc. is to provide services such as Project Consultation, Material Procurement and maintains service, specializing in Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry. Ashburn International Inc Shenzhen Office are operational companies in China dealing with the business.
Ashburn International Trading (Tianjin) Co., Ltd was established in China in 1993. The function of Ashburn International, Inc. is to provide services such as Project Consultation, Material Procurement and maintains service.
Ashburn offshore oil & gas equipment & engineering Co., Ltd main manufacture Galvanized welded wire mesh crimpled for concrete reinforce, Galvanized welded wire mesh plane, chemical injection pump skids, LMU construction.

- Importing & Exporting business
For the past 20 years, we export/import oil & gas equipments especially China being the world fast growing country in the world. It is also the biggest world manufacture business center for all kinds of goods. The raw material demand and shortages is a main subject in China. One of our core businesses is supply of iron ore and other materials to the Chinese manufactures. We also export sepiolite to other countries. This segment of our business will keep growing rapidly yearly.

- One stop Pipeline Coating Materials Total Supply
Wah Seong China also as material supplying company for use in pipeline coating business in onshore and offshore pipeline .such as : Wire Mesh, steel bar , Adhesive, 3PE, Fiber Glass Inner Wrap; some tooling such as Steel Shot/Grip, Wire Brushes. Wah Seong China has its own wire mesh production facility in China.
With years of experience, our wire mesh products are sold all over the world with the highest quality and many repeat customers. We can also make flex mesh in different widths, rolls lengths, wire diameters and according to customer’s requirements and pipeline specifications. Our products are all in accordance with ASTM standard. In 2005, we solely supplied wire meshes to Saipem for their project in Qatar, which has the biggest wire mesh demand (in quantity) in the world pipeline coating history.

- Investment group
WSCL has a team that can provide finance for Chinese investment projects. In some project, WSCL will become a principle investor. We are working with several shipyards for Offshore Engineering Project on Module Fabrication.
