FLEX MESH SPECIFICATION
1) General
Description:
 Fig. 1
| Flex-mesh is a spot-welded mesh made of galvanized low-carbon steel wire intended for the reinforcement of concrete weight-coated pipelines. |
Definitions:
| a. |
Nominal wire diameter : the diameter in mm(in.) to designate the wire. |
| b. |
Real wire diameter: the average value of the minimal and the maximal diameter, measured in one and the same section of a straight piece of wire by means of a micrometer accurate to 0.01mm. |
| c. |
Line wire: wire in longitudinal direction of the mesh. |
| d. |
Cross wire: wire in transversal direction of the mesh. |
| e. |
Mesh dimensions: the mesh dimensions are measured from center to center of the wires. L: distance between line wires / S : distance between cross wires. |
| f. |
Crimp(%):potential elongation of the deformed line wires is 9%. |

From material purchasing period, we all follow up with the
American Standard (ASTM) and set up a material tracing file
till delivery of the goods.
Please refer to the following detailed procedure:
1) Raw material and drawing:
After wire drawing, an internal test will be carried to inspect
the size and mechanical property of the wire;
2) Semi-products period
During the galvanizing period, we will also measure the weight
of the galvanization to ensure the galvanization meeting the
ASTM standard;
3) Products
Quality Control Department will sample and test the products strictly according to ASTM Standard. |

3. 3Layer PE Pipe Coating Material
1) Adhesive
We act as agent for reputable adhesive manufacturer to provide good 3 layer PE pipe coating product to our customers.
Description
Polymer adhesive L-5R is a polyethylene based adhesive polymer containing anhydride functionality. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion or co-extrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene type resins.
Characteristics of Lushan L-5R Polymer Adhesive
Powerful bond between epoxy and external PE layer by its POLAR group grafted onto the polymer back-bone.
Suitable melt flow rate allows quick and easy extrusion using the standard polyolefin processing equipment.

We act as the agent for 3M FBE made in 3M China. 3M Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating is a one-part, heat curable, thermosetting epoxy coating.
